Hey it worked ( see post below ) so I'm doing it again. This is so much easier than trying to find the photos and then checking to see if they are the correct ones.
Anyhow, I have called these socks Harley because of the harlequin design on them. I was inspired by the pattern on our garage door and also the kitchen wallpaper.
I searched around for a pattern and ended up altering one to get it to work in the round and to have the correct number of stitches I needed to work both on the leg and divide properly once I got to the foot.
I need to leave this for a while and then test knit it up again following my notes to see how easy they are to understand and then I will offer it as a FREE pattern.
