This has to be one of my favourites. My photo's really don't do it justice. It has really deep jewel tones.
I bought tis yarn not knowing what I was going to do with it ( like most yarn I buy, ahem ) I tried knitting with it, hated it, also hated it with crochet but I absolutely love it woven. The colours really stand out whereas knitting and crochet they were lost.
I used the 7.5dpi reed, 48 ends. A green I had was the warp and the bright is Patons UK Art in garnet colourway.
A friend and I shared a bag of this and got 4 balls each, I think I may have to beg for some of hers as I quite fancy weaving with some black warp, this as weft and trying to make a bag.
