Today...

is designated dyeing day.
Yesterday I ordered 10 more balls of Merino and 10 more balls of BFL.
I have dyed up 3 of the BFL's and I have a Shetland skein soaking at the moment waiting to be dyed.
I am dyeing solid colours as I like the effect I get. I can buy lots of variegated and stripey sock yarns if I want them but recently I have been knitting alot of lacy and patterned socks which I think look better in solids. Solids which I couldn't buy anywhere.
Dyeing my own seemed the best thing to do.
I am dyeing with a view to ( maybe )selling these through Folksy. I have the shop but haven't set it up yet.
When these latest ones are dry I will post photo's and please feel free to tell me what you think re: selling.
