Still trying in bits.

If l get a few spare minutes l craft.

While Sox has been quiet l have done a little knitting on the sock l started yesterday.

Sox has just had his dinner and is still in his room so l have crocheted a border on the granny square sock scrap blanket.

When l first started this with scraps keft over from knitting socks l planned on leaving the squares as they were and sewing them all together.

I then decided they would probably make the blanket look too 'busy' with all the different colour and pattern combinations.

I am now seperating them with 3 rounds of border.
1 white, 1 taupe and 1 beige.

It will make it a more expensive blanket to make which wasn't the origional plan. Working just with scraps l had left from socks was cheap but now l am buying the wool for the borders.

It will make it look better though.
